Surfaces absolutely free of oxydation are the result of this process. By definition of the conditions of cooling down optimum characteristics of structure will be achieved.
All metal materials are suitable for this process engeneering: VA-steel, FE-based materials, NE-metal.

This process is distinguished by extremely firm solder connexions. It's a precondition anyway that we develop jointly the products to be soldered - so please ask us!

Hardness testing

...achieving highest value of hardness an toughness with minimum distortion on high alloyed steel. So this process ist recommended for components much sensitive to distortion, moulded parts and tools of any kind. All workpieces remaining metallic bright since no oxydation takes place in a vacuum.
Our furnaces are computer-aided process controlled allowing exact regulation of temperature. Our facilities are used by well-known manufacturers of high-precision parts.
