We now can offer a recently established process:
*Cool Plus*

Developed by "Schmetz" this processing automatically feeds the components after the ageing to a deep-cooling process (down to -196°).

Benefits

no oxydation, because the components reach atmosphere not until the complete process has finished
no danger of stress cracks, as the cooling down is adjustable and therefore occurs very slowly
complete documentation, also of cooling
no change of dimension due to stabilisation of structure

This process mostly is used on corrosion resistant temperable steel but also on sophisticated tools with extreme dimensional accuracy.
